Calgary to Denver, Colorado - $294 CAD roundtrip including taxes | summer flights on Frontier Airlines

Frontier Airlines has just loaded their fares for their non-stop flights from Calgary to Denver, Colorado.
This is a new airline for Calgary, one of the U.S. based 'Ultra Low Cost Airlines'.
With Ultra Low Cost Airlines, you need to do some math to compare them fairly against regular airlines, because they don't include *anything* else in their prices.
With Frontier Airlines, I would add around $80 CAD to the prices you see on their website, to compare them fairly against WestJet, Air Canada, United, etc.
Also keep in mind that the Frontier Airlines website is in $USD.
For example, right now they are showing fares from Calgary to Denver for $172 USD roundtrip (non-Club price). This works out to be about $214 CAD roundtrip based on today's exchange rate.
And you will no doubt see these marketed as $172 USD roundtrip or $214 CAD roundtrip, or even worse, with the one-way price (fly from Denver to Calgary for $100!).
But to make this a realistic price, I would add $80 CAD for a fair comparison against the major airlines, and say that these non-stop fares from Calgary to Denver are really going for around $294 CAD roundtrip - which is a decent price on this route (especially for July travel) - although definitely not as good as the $222 CAD roundtrip fares that WestJet offered recently (because they knew Frontier was coming soon).
It wouldn't surprise me at some point to see Frontier Airlines offer fares on this route that work out to a realistic price of closer to $225-$250 CAD roundtrip or less. And hopefully they'll offer some crazy sales every now and again, which I often see them do out of U.S. cities.
