So today I noticed that WestJet's non-stop flights from Calgary to New York City (JFK) had dropped into the mid $300s range, roundtrip, including taxes.
This alone would have met my criteria for an amazing deal, but it gets better. At the same time, WestJet has also released a code for 20% off select destinations. Here are the details:

Damnit I just bought a YYC-LGA, JFK-YYC flight May 29-June 2 for $550 from WJ.. Do you think they will let me get the cheaper fare?
If it's been less than 24 hours most airlines have a grace period where you can cancel for free.
Westjet coupon/promo code tried - the flight to Saskatoon from Calgary (eligible period May 9-11) ended up being $23 dollars more expensive that the attempt to book without the code. Poor form Westjet, Poor form. Comparison with Air Canada - AC $27 cheaper. No sale to be had..... What is happening with Westjet lately?
Is this promotion still on? I could not get the codes to work on the westjet website.
