WestJet is currently showing some extremely cheap flights from Calgary to Phoenix, Arizona (PHX) for just $232 CAD roundtrip including taxes.

How to find and book these flights
They are bookable directly through WestJet.com for $255 CAD roundtrip including taxes
BUT
If you book these flights through a third party booking site such as Orbitz or Priceline, in U.S. Dollars, you can find them for $172 USD roundtrip including taxes.
When booking with a Canadian credit card, at today's exchange rate (1.33), that will work out to approximately $232 CAD that you are billed, even taking into account the 3% currency conversion fee that most credit cards charge.
