Air Canada has dropped the price of their flights from Calgary to San Francisco, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Los Angeles down to $214 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are non-stop both ways.
Westjet has also dropped the price of their flights from Calgary to Palm Springs down to $214 CAD roundtrip.

Update July 28th: Christmas and New Year's dates are now available for San Francisco, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Palm Springs.
Update August 4th: These are back.
Update August 18th: These flights are currently available for about $40-$50 less when using Air Canada's '25% off base fares to all destinations' promo code. Enter code GBKVW6Q1 in the Promotion Code box before searching. The code expires August 20th.

With Air Canada, you can make a one-time change without a fee.
Your new travel must be completed by August 31, 2022.
If you need to cancel your flight, you can convert the remaining value of all tickets in the booking to a voucher that is fully transferable and never expires, or to Aeroplan Miles with an additional 65% bonus miles.

All new flight bookings made between March 3, 2020 and August 31, 2020 will be allowed a one-time change fee waiver.
The one-time fee waiver is available for any itinerary change or cancellation made more than 24 hours from departure.
The full value of your cancelled flight will be credited to a Travel Bank, valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

Do you know the details for cancellation? It's so hard to know if travel will feel safe enough at that point so knowing the cancellation policy would be great.

I added the current cancellation and rebooking policies for Air Canada and Westjet to the blog post.
Any info on cancellation if booked through FlightHub? In my experience, they have not been accommodating at all. They will direct you to the airline, then the airline will direct you back to FlightHub....very frustrating. FlightHub deals can be amazing as long as you don't need any cancellations or changes.

I would agree with that. Flighthub is known for not offering the same cancellation policy as the airline. They'll likely add their own fee for cancelling or making changes as well. If there's a strong chance of cancelling, it's best to book through the airline.
