Calgary to Sydney, Australia $870 after tax, roundtrip

It's been a long time since we've seen flights to Australia this cheap. The flights are on Delta, and seem to be available at this price for April and May.
Departing on Friday and coming home on Sunday seems to offer the cheapest price. April 30 to May 16 for example.

I am looking to go October or November of 2013. Is it possible to book this in advance?
My Bf and I want to go for 6 weeks, I have a wedding in BNE end of Feb., and we want to do a side trip to Thailand (2weeks) while we are there. Leaving mid Jan, return end of Feb:) What can you tell me? Peace
you can't actually do this. when you go to book your flight for $887 delta changes the price on you to $1200 or more. And their customer service is useless and rude.
Thanks very much. eventually we got it after being told by delta people that we couldn't....it was a very frustrating experience but in the end we get to go and are very happy! Thanks very much - never would have known with out your group!
WOW! This is the cheapest I've ever seen! My family lives there and the cheapest I've paid in low season is $1300 taxes in! Still in shock.....
The best price now seems to be 953 plus taxes, ends up being 1128.40
Is this available for June 8th - 17th? Or anywhere around those dates?
