It's possible these are a mistake fare, so they could be gone within minutes. Do not book anything else for at least 48 hours until it is certain that your ticket has been issued by the airline.
Update 5/16 - I've been hearing from people across Canada that GoToGate has been issuing these tickets just fine, and they've even verified their bookings with WestJet to confirm that all is well.

- look for the dates that are $745 CAD roundtrip or less
2. Go to the Momondo UK website

- Use the same dates you found on Google Flights
- The price should show up for around 244 British Pounds roundtrip, which works out to $432 CAD roundtrip when booked with a Canadian credit card.
