This post is a bit of a mish-mash, to a few different destinations. One deal is to Lima, Peru, which just dropped for August travel, while the other 3 are to Eastern U.S. cities that are the victim of a bit of a fare war going on at the moment.
Calgary to Lima, Peru - 10 night trips - $706 roundtrip after taxes.

Calgary to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - $330 roundtrip after taxes
This is an example in September. Looks to have affected dates up to about February 2013. Try your own flexible date search.

The situation is similar for Charlotte, North Carolina. Currently experiencing a price drop down to the mid $300s throughout large parts of the 2012 and 2013 schedule.

The WestJet Blue Tag Thursday deals have been kind of ho-hum lately, but they dropped a *really* exciting one today! I believe this is as cheap as I've ever seen to Chicago from Calgary. Ever.

While I do watch for interesting fares out of Montana, the truth is that it's pretty rare to see one that's worth the drive. Allegiant Air has cheap flights to Vegas, but on the major airlines, prices from Montana aren't usually significantly better to warrant the 5 hour drive from Calgary. We're not like Toronto where we can hop across the border to Buffalo. Flying out of the U.S. for us is a significant investment of time.

UPDATE: September 9th - Take this blog post, and substitute the city of New York for Philadelphia (PHL) and Charlotte (CLT) on United. They've dropped their prices to those cities down to about $340 roundtrip after taxes, across the board, throughout 2011 and 2012.
