Yes, it's the Royal Decameron in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico again. They seem to be one of the few resorts that slashes their package prices to absurdly low levels every now and again, usually for last minute dates.
This time it's for their September 23-30 all inclusive package. You can see from the 1,800 TripAdvisor reviews that this is a very nice resort with 84% of travelers recommending it. I usually like to see at least 75% to consider the resort more than decent. Anything above 80% is always an excellent choice.
