(Watch out for the flights with a 12 hour layover in either direction, there are plenty of dates with the shorter layovers.)

Hi Chris, thanks for this deal; This is pretty good. What is the lowest you've seen this RT?
This is actually probably the record low. Before Aeromexico started flying out of YYC this year, the cheapest flights to Colombia were always a minimum of about $800.
Aeromexico had a few really good sales in 2017 where their prices to Colombia came pretty close to this level.
Hi Chris, this might be a stupid question. If I want to return through Quito, don't I have to have a flight from Bogota to Quito, then Quito to Calgary?
Thank you Chris! I've been thinking of going to Columbia for years and because of this I just booked my flight there!! <3>
No problem Sarah, I'm glad it helped. Have a great time!
Marylou: No, it's not a stupid question, I should point that out in the blog post. The flight from Bogota to Quito is not included, it's what is known as an open-jaw flight. It's more for when people want to travel between Colombia and Ecuador as part of their trip
I am currently in Bogota. You think I can do the reverse flight for same price?
You can always give it a shot and see. Just follow the same instructions and try reversing the origin and destination to see what kind of prices come up.
Airlines don't always price the vice-versa trip the same way though.
