Third party websites Travelgenio and Travel2be (same company) are showing flights from Calgary to Shanghai, China for $563 CAD roundtrip including taxes, using a combination of Air Canada or Alaska Airlines and Hainan Airlines.
This is very close to the record setting price of $535 for Calgary-Shanghai, set back in October 2014.

2. Click through from Kayak to the third party websites of Travelgenio or Travel2Be (same company) for booking.
Note that these third party websites are ranked #14 on my list of trusted third party booking sites. This is about where one starts to get into the lower quality tier of booking sites.
Some of these flights may also be bookable through FlightHub.com for slightly less, at $533 CAD roundtrip including taxes.

To anyone thinking about this deal, do it! Shanghai is a really cool and huge modern city with tons to do and great food, its even surprisingly family friendly if you're tired of Mexico / Hawaii.
