UPDATE 11/21 @ 10:00 AM - Looks like the the SAVE300 deal may finally be dead. Congrats to everyone who was able to get in on it. Enjoy your trip to Vegas! I'll post some tips in the discussion forum about getting some good deals in Vegas, like cheap tickets to shows and restaurants.
UPDATE 11/21 @ 12:04 AM - People are still reporting success with the SAVE300 code, you just need to keep hitting 'apply code' a bunch of times, and it will eventually accept it. Others say you just need to refresh the page a few times.
Also, I posted a deal in the forum discussion for this deal for Vegas car rentals that gets you a 3 day rental for $16 after tax. Not per day, but total! After all fees.
UPDATE 11/20 @ 6:14PM - Now I'm hearing it still works if you call. Others are saying you just need to keep trying the code online and it will eventually accept it.
UPDATE 11/20 - Reports are coming in that Expedia has pulled the SAVE300 code, either permanently or temporarily, not sure yet.
UPDATE @ 1:31 AM - Dec 14-17 is still showing as $12 for flight + hotel after you apply the voucher code. Search for 1 person, flight and hotel, sort by price. Then book the next person, apply the voucher again. Yes, $12 for flight + hotel...to Vegas. My original title post is off by a factor of 12.5. That's called flying by the seat of your pants.
UPDATE: I've just been informed this code works for flight + hotel packages to New York and Cancun too!
UPDATE: I'm seeing some packages that bring the price down to less than $75/person for flight + hotel !! Try 2 nighters. It's valid for dates up until December 30.
Try it for one person at a time, even cheaper!
Expedia.ca just put out a promo code for $300 off flight + hotel packages to Vegas
The promo code is SAVE300
It needs to be entered on the LAST page of the booking process, right before you actually pay.
Here's a step by step guide...
1. Go to Expedia.ca
2. Search for flight and hotel packages from Calgary to Vegas.
Try the dates December 16 to 18 for example
3. Sort the packages by price, pick the cheapest, or whatever you want, such as Gold Coast & Casino for $312/person.
4. Go through the annoying booking process, clicking continue, etc.... (you'll be hitting 'continue with booking' a lot)
5. You'll finally get to one that says 'Accept rules & continue'... click that one
6. Now you'll get to a screen that looks like this:
Enter in the voucher SAVE300 and apply the new price, reducing it by $300.
Which brings the total cost down to $300 after tax for 2 flights and hotel to Vegas!!!

It appears to be valid for Las Vegas, Cancun, and New York.
Looks like it might be just one booking per credit card, but you can get some crazy prices if you book a flight + hotel package for just one person and apply the $300 discount.
To make the next booking, you should use a different computer, different Expedia account (or guest) and a different credit.
You can end up with 2 rooms for a couple, but that's fine, just don't use the second room.

For those of you that are having a hard time finding where to enter the discount code, there is a voucher link right above where you put your credit card info. I missed it the first time, but it's definitely there!

When you read the details of the voucher it states it's only applicable from Nov 20-21. That might be why it's not working
i JUST PUT IN DEC 8TH TO THE 10TH AND GOT A $39.80 PACKAGE AFTER THE VOUCHER!

It was actually leaked a day early (Nov 19th).
The voucher itself is valid for flight + hotel packages between now and Dec 30th.

Last few people that have tried booking with our group were finding it said code not valid...after several attempts and a few page refreshes...it worked....Keep trying...probably just very busy with bookings !!!
We booked Vegas...3 days...$94 including flight and hotel...
Could only book one person at a time...and separate credit cards.

Hey all, this totally STILL works. I booked myself and my girlfriend that is in Vancouver separately and loaded the two different browsers at the same time and kept hitting the apply code button until the discount was applied. You just have to keep trying. I think it was 5 or 6 times of reloading, that it took. Good Luck!
I booked three trips:
Dec 20-23 2 people to Vegas for $406 all in.
Nov 28-Dec1 $36ea x2 (Girlfriend and I each booked our own using the promo code)
