Calgary to Tokyo, Japan - $557 CAD roundtrip including taxes | August 2016 through to May 2017 !

All Nippon Airways (ANA) is currently showing flights from Calgary to Tokyo, Japan for just $688 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
It's notable that such a large range of dates are available, from late August 2016 summer travel right through to nearly the middle of May 2017.
Availability for travel
[2016] late August, September, October, November, December (limited dates in Dec)
[2017] January, February, March, April, May
It's actually possible to book dates in April & May 2017 as well, one of the most popular times of the year to visit Japan. (see below)
How to find and book this deal
1. Start with a Google Flights search like this one:
Google Flights: Calgary to Tokyo, Japan
2. Click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view. Browse for cheap flights between August 2016 and March 2017.
3. Once you've found some dates, go to FlightNetwork
4. Search for a flight from Calgary (YYC) to Tokyo (HND) using the same dates as you found above.
Be sure to choose Tokyo Haneda Airport (HND) - which is the airport that's close to downtown Tokyo.

You'll find the spot to enter the promo code on the passenger details page (after you've selected the flight). It can be difficult to find.

Booking dates in April & May 2017
You may have noticed that Google Flights only shows dates up to about mid April 2017. And Flight Network's calendar only allows you to select dates up to about this point as well.
If you search for the same trip on FlightHub however, you'll find that you can book dates right up to about May 11, 2017.
You do need to choose a departing date of April 27 or earlier though.
So realistically, around April 27 (or earlier) to May 11, 2017 are the dates furthest into the future that you can book today.
There are plenty of other date combinations you can try though. Focus on dates where you are departing on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday and returning on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

UPDATE 5/22 - You may also want to try searching on ITravel2000 who is now showing these for $658 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
You can try starting with this direct ITravel2000 search link. Click on 'Edit Your Search' (top right) to try other dates. Try dates from your Google Flights search above.

Update 5/24 @ 5:45 PM MST - Incredibly, the Calgary - Tokyo flights have now dropped to $557 CAD roundtrip including taxes!

2. Click on 'Edit Your Search' to try other dates. Try dates from the Google Flights search. You'll see flights for $599 on Google Flights. These are the dates to try on ITravel2000.com

Also note that while ITravel2000's calendar only allows you to select dates up to April 19, 2017 you can find late April and early May 2017 flights on FlightHub for $594 CAD roundtrip including taxes. For more details, scroll up to the paragraph titled 'Booking dates in April and May 2017' .

Update 7/8 - The cheap Calgary - Tokyo flights are back again today, starting at $598 CAD roundtrip including taxes for 1-stop flights via Vancouver
The availability for travel is from October 2016 to April 2017.

- Click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view.
- Look for the cheaper date combinations that are $637 to $700 CAD roundtrip.
2. Next, head over to Momondo.ca
Search for a flight from Calgary (YYC) to Tokyo, Japan (TYO)
Enter the same dates you found on Google Flights.
Click through from Momondo to whichever booking site is showing the cheap price.
